public adjuster services
Property Damage Insurance Claims
With StormScope, policyholders and their contractors have public adjusters on their side during the claim process the way that insurance companies have adjusters working for them. Our state-licensed professionals handle the entire claim from start to finish, ensuring fair payouts for our clients so that homeowners get what they are owed and contractors get paid what they're worth.
Advocacy & Representation
Our adjusters advocate for you during the insurance claims process the way a lawyer represents a client in court. Contractors alone can't offer this type of service because they're legally prohibited from discussing policy and coverage. Our state-licensed insurance adjusters have full authority to hold carriers accountable.
Loss Assessment & Estimating
With the same inspection tools and software used by the major insurance companies we build out thorough and complete "scopes" - or estimates - for the required repairs. We research weather data and use reports from structural engineers to build our case and get our estimates approved by the insurance company.
Repairs & Restorations
After a settlement is reached or an appraisal award is determined one of our qualified licensed contractors will execute the full scope of work prescribed by the carrier for the dollar amount they approved - not a penny more. This fixed price means our clients get complete restorations for only the cost of their deductible.
How It Works
Zero-Risk Insurance Claim Representation
We are not in the business of wasting people's time or scamming insurance companies. We only take on clients with property damage that was caused by a "covered peril", meaning something that insurance pays for (like wind, hail, fire and water damage). If you believe you may be covered we'll inspect the damage and review your policy for free. Then we'll file a claim and work with your insurance company to get a fair price to adequately repair or replace your damaged property. You don't have to do a thing.
If we don't get the claim approved - you don't owe us anything. When we do get the claim approved, all you pay is your deductible and our affiliated contractor will execute the full scope of work for the dollar amount approved by the claim. The contractor pays us for referring the work, so our services are essentially free to you, win or lose. We only use highly-rated, fully licensed and insured, certified contractors who meet or exceed our standards of integrity and workmanship.
